Core Initiatives

TFCLM core values are built upon the wheel of change model that is 3 interconnected functions of first engaging leaders of Good Faith and Good will with our membership and civic engagement program initiatives. Next, building the capacity of others with our holistic wrap around community development program initiatives. Finally, development of joint initiatives such as S.T.E.A.M. and Mentoring 2 Thrive year-round programs for our youth.

COVID-19 Statement

During these uncertain times, The Jacksonville First Coast Leadership Ministries has made the necessary pivots to a virtual business model in compliance with CDC Guidelines of following the 3 W’s when in public– wear a cloth mask, wait – avoiding close contact 6 ft distance, and wash your hands or use hand sanitizer. However, our offices are closed for in-person services for the public. In order to continue our mission, vision and core values before, during, and after the pandemics, we are launching the virtual experience in September 2020 including the following:

1. A virtual lobby via email communication at info@fclfjax.org.

2. Online self-services through our website www.fclfjax.org for our programs of civic engagement, community development, and S.T.E.A.M.

3. Office telephone hours will 9am – 5pm Mon-Fri at 904-329-1372 by leaving voicemail messages and to allow 72 hours response time.

4. We are launching our online monthly newsletter that is available to sign up on our website www.fclfjax.org.

We invite you to like and follow our Facebook  page for our virtual town hall meetings where community members and partners can stay virtually connected, engaged, and informed with community matters and resources in order for us to support the community we serve.
